The hotel was conveniently located near a beautiful park/garden, which was perfect for taking walks or biking.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. I would have liked to have more hangers in the closet and an ironing board and iron to freshen up my clothes.

sono exceeded our expectations during this honeymoon. the 30 hour package was perfect with lounge access, buffet breakfast, and flexible check in/out times. the staff was friendly, fluent in english, and the facilities were clean and organized. can't wait to come back and explore more of the hotel's features and facilities.

Good Service and Nice Complementary Facts

Spent Xmas in a new hotel near Kintex. Good service from staff and they offered free chocolates and champagne upon our arrival. The hotel is across from a shopping mall and water park, and a ten minute walk to the convention center. Room was large and clean with a comfortable bed.

The downside was its remote location, an hour away from Seoul town. Do not forget your phone maps or be prepared to be lost.
